We Rise to Resist: Voices from a New Era in Women’s Political Action won three awards in the 2018 American Book Fest International Awards competition, placing first in the Anthology and Social Change categories and as a finalist in the Women’s Issues category. “This book contains 36 strong voices from all corners of America speaking truth to power on a wide variety of issues,” says Paula Dáil, Lead Editor for the anthology. This year’s contest yielded over 2,000 entries from around the world.
